Art with Mrs. O'Neill

March is youth art month and Clarksville Montgomery County Schools has an annual art show at the public library to celebrate our young artists. Rossview students have made some beautiful artwork this year, so it was hard to choose for the exhibit! It will be on display the entire month of March, and the opening reception was this past weekend.

Some of our students have been working on submissions for Cumberland Electric Corporations annual calendar contest. Here are some of the great entries I have chosen to send in.

First graders have recently been learning famous Impressionist Painters. We began with Claude Monet & now we are learning about Vincent Van Gogh. Then create our own interpretation of Starry night. (Its an oldie but goodie! )
