Art with Mrs. O'Neill

I am blessed to have an amazing art room with lots of natural light and beautiful windows. Several friends had tagged me on a picture on facebook with a paint can window treatment, so I just had to try it! I am loving the results! I just asked our cafeteria manager to save me the large cans and our custodian drilled some holes for me to hang them. I have also included my door decoration, which I created with ideas inspired by T. Matthews blog. Thanks for the inspiration!

It's always fun to come up with new displays every year. Here are a few pictures of the art room this year. I really have to thank Pinterest and art with mr. E for a lot of the ideas I've used!

So, schools back in session & I have been working on new displays and fun ideas to organize the art room. Every year it gets a little easier as I find ways that work & weed out the ones that don't. Our school has the most fabulous custodial staff & I feel as if my room is so clean right now it shines! Let's hope as the creative process begins it stays that way!
